• Conduct pre-move assessments to determine appropriate packing materials and strategies
• Load and unload moving vehicles with precision and care
• Interact professionally with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain inventory of packing supplies and equipment
• Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Clean driving record
• Prior moving or packing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direct management of field teams across diverse packing and moving projects
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and service quality
• Conduct rigorous on-site quality control assessments, ensuring adherence to PackEmStackEm's premium service standards
• Manage complex logistical challenges, including resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous operational improvements
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for client concerns and project-related issues
• Foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and customer-first service among field team members

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or field coordination within moving, packing, or related service industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating field teams
• Advanced problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and operational tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
